My practice is dedicated to bringing you, my clients, the highest standards in professional therapeutic massage in the industry today. Each session is customized to address your needs and concerns and to educate and empower you. My intent is to be a clear and grounded facilitator while bringing in the highest healing frequency to your session. Your optimal health and well-being are my goal.

I received my education from the Massage Therapy Institute Of Colorado in 1998. I successfully completed a 1050 hour program where I received top honors and graduated with a GPA of 4.0.

In 1999 I studied the art of LaStone therapy, in 2002 I became a Reiki Master in the traditional Usui system, and in 2004 I studied CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute.

My extensive training in numerous fields of body and energy work takes you into a world of deep relaxation and effective treatments for acute injuries and chronic pain. I have a deep understanding of the relationship between body mechanics, repetitive strain injuries, trauma and stress through my background in sports. I was the 1985 Colorado womans state track and field champion and currently enjoy telemark skiing, backpacking and hiking.

My love of the healing arts compels me to continuously search and learn new modalities. I have learned that as I educate and heal myself, I am able to bring greater healing and clarity to my clients.
